Our Farm in Winston-Salem
Brown Deer Mushrooms is a small gourmet mushroom farm in Winston-Salem, North Carolina. We grow specialty mushrooms with sustainable methods and harvest them by hand for home cooks and local chefs.
What we grow
- Chestnut — meaty texture and a rich, nutty flavor
- Oyster — delicate and velvety, ready for a quick sauté
- Lion's Mane — mild and seafood-like
- Golden Enoki — slender clusters with a light, elegant bite

- Where: WS Fairgrounds Farmers Market, Winston-Salem, NC
Orders are also available for pickup or local delivery.
